Epoxy resins are safe in the dishwasher?

I'm doing this school project where I make a cup of coffee that keeps coffee hot and I have to use an epoxy resin. Are they safe to use in the dishwasher (food safety) and the resin would remain intact for use in the dishwasher, for example, 5 times per week for a year?

Just my opinion, but epoxy qualities of little or no insulation, and do not expect to be in contact with a food substance. I doubt that would hold up as you suggest, but I suspect it could take a year of research to determine the life and durability. Just my 2 "sense"
